If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days since date of receiving your package. The jewelry that you are returning must be in its original condition including gift boxes or mini bag, without any sign of wear, damage or alteration or otherwise we will not accept such return.
Final Sale and Special Order items are not returnable. Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price value or less, where the price difference will be refunded. For an exchange of a higher valued item, customer is responsible for the price difference. We do not require a Return Authorization Number to process a return or exchange. Simply follow the instructions written below for a hassle-free return procedure.

Specify which items you are returning and whether you prefer an exchange or credit(Coupon). Please provide the reasons for returning your merchandise – we appreciate your feedback.
Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
Please make sure to pack your merchandise securely inside the original packaging, padded envelop or a small box with bubble wrap. Do not return merchandise in paper letter envelop as it can tear out and go missing. If you wish to have a receipt of your return, please purchase a delivery confirmation at your local post office. If the return value is over $100, we recommend that you insure your package at the post office for your protection against loss.
Returns are Inspected & Processed within 7 Business Days
Returns will be inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged / lost during return shipping therefore proper packaging and insurance are recommended. We will not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than the original or if they are past our 30-day return period. We will send them back to you.
Note: You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
If there are NO any sign of wear, damage or alteration on Products, Customers are responsible for Returns postage.
